I beat him the last two times with less than half my hearts and on my first try. Over all the game was really fun, but too easy and too short. I really enjoyed the graphics, really reminded me of the good ol' SNES days. I think it is a good starter game for introducing a younger generation to the series.

You beat Vaati on your first try? Wow. And Zelda 2---That's one hard game. Well, the fact that it is hard doesnt' really bother me. I just hate that if you die, you have to start back at the Ancient Zelda shrine. So frikkin' stupid. I'd love to see a Metroid: Zero Mission style remake, that's still difficult, but still uses modern design principles.
