"The new issue of the superlative smallformat magazine just arrived in my mailbox today. I'm thrilled to see that the magazine is continuing in its high quality coverage of small format filmmaking, and the stylish (almost explicit!) photographs of old movie making gear.
This issue discusses the use of Super 8 and 16mm film aboard commercial airliners for in-flight movies. I've always wanted to learn more about this as I have airline prints of both Star Wars and Empire Strikes Back."
Hmmm, so it's possible 8mm prints of the entire film exist.....maybe we should contact the guy on retrothing and find out if his print is 8mm...
