Hello... Ripplin asked me in to see if I could offer any advice.

It's a PAL to NTSC conversion, right? Is the PAL video interlaced, progressive, or a mix of both? Anything in there that's already been converted from NTSC (either progressive or interlaced)? Just need a bit of info before I offer a suggestion
