I love the work you folks out there do to make the best/most interesting versions of these artifacts from our actual (or virtual) childhoods.
After all of the blatant money-grabbing our former master has done in the last decade, and some of the worst revisionist filmmaking this side of replacing shotguns with walkie-talkies done to some of the best memories I'll ever have from being a kid, it's gratifying to see people with genuine passion for these films, whether it's because of the artistry, the story, or even the technical aspects of what makes them so great (even in their "imperfect" form, eh, GL?), trying to present them in as fully realized a manner as humanly possible.
Cheers to all, and (in a vain attempt to drag this reply back to the thread...) to Darth Editous in particular, for your continued attempts to redeem the good in something so apparently easily swayed to the Dark Side...
