as far as merging the scripts for ETM and reloaded to make them make sense. I have a copy that I did as well if you would like it. Here are some possible suggestions that I used for the things you wanted to do.
1. to include the conversation voice-over ghost has with trinity...you could start the voiceover after the rave/sex scene, right after morpheus says good night Zion, sweet dreams, and segway this talk into the scene of them sitting together and having trinity thanking ghost for the talk...
2. to have the oracle talk to niobe (again it cant be both niobe and ghost and i feel niobe's talk is more important) you cuold put this after t he scene where they realize the emp went off:
"Roland: What was that ? Man: I think it was an EMP. Roland: How ? Man: No idea, but right now we can't reach 11, 4, or 7." cause Niobe gets a call that the oracle wants to see her, then cut to where neo is bac k on the ship telling morpheus the bad news and they run and neo takes out the sentinels and they get picked up by the hammer, then cut to niobe meeintg the oracle, and the go bac kto the hammer and complete the film...

by the way i completely agree with cutting out scenes like the keymaker having his key stolen subplot...what the hell could anyone do with that...
