However, I realzied with the proper editing, some scenes can make sense if you take them out of sequence and place them in different points in the movie and edit them and combine them with scenes from the film so that the unseen action could take place during those moments.
But don't be afraid to use the scenes like Niobe and Morpheus entering Zion. They are not completely similiar. It will not be that boring, it will be a complete extended version, and afterall, isnt that the point of making this. Also, on the scenes that are repeated between ghost and niobe, i found the scenes with niobe were more meaningful...both the kiss, and the oracle meeting...what we find out from ghost just isnt that earth shattering.

What I meant with script is that I took the Matrix Reloaded transscript and placed the parts of the ETM script in it, so it would fit. Some scenes appear later in the movie, then they actually took place. Like the thing with saving Alex. In ETM, it is shown how Ghost and Niobe bring him to a phone and they disappear. The trainman appears to tell Niobe about 72 hours. What I thought about doing, is using this footage just before Neo meets the Architect, and cutting Alex from that little ETM scene. I don't want to give away the surprise of more versions of the matrix in the beginning, so I moved it to the end of the movie. That kind of stuff. Also the footage of Persephone is saying the same thing three times to different characters. The subplot of the Keymaker and Cain/Able stealing the key is also gone, because it would not make much sense to the viewer.

I'm still trying to figure out how to use the footage of Ghost and Niobe meeting the Oracle at the end of Matrix Reloaded T-HOPE ext. ed. Both conversations are interesting because they give some plotpoints. About how the Oracle's appearance change, etc.

I also like to include Ghost's conversation with Trinity, because it shows Ghost is more of a religious person:
Trinity: Ghost, can I ask you a serious question?
Ghost : Of course.
Trinity: Do you believe that Neo is going to end the war?
Ghost : Yes, I do.
Trinity: So do I... but I can't explain how or why.
Ghost : Kierkegaard reminds us that belief has nothing to do with how or
why. Belief is beyond reason. I believe because it is absurd.
Trinity: You think it's crazy to believe it?
Ghost : To believe what? That a single man can defeat an entire race of
machines and end a war that has endured for over a hundred years?
Of course. It's complete lunacy and that's why we must believe it
will happen. Faith, by its very nature, must transcend logic.

I love this conversation, yet I still have not seen a way of how to include it. It shows some great motivation of why people can even believe in Neo, and that he will defeat an entire army.

I first thought of putting it before Morpheus's speech to the people, when the gang has just returned to Zion, because Trinity visits Ghost. However, including that scene would give people perhaps the idea that Trinity was cheating with him, because it's not clear that they were having a fight in a simulator, because there is no footage of it. So I thought of the two of them just sitting together, having this conversation, and then while they are talking, you get to see Neo with all the people surrounding him after he steppe dout of the elevator. But it's impossible this way, there's not enough footage to do that. If you have an idea how to include this nice conversation in the movie, give me a hint. It's just an audio file, so I believe it will become a voice-over somehow...
