Thanks for the heads up, I appreciate it. None of the browsers seem to want to give me access though. I guess I'll try a few more and keep my fingers crossed.
Any chance someone out there could PM me the actual torrent files for Dr. No and Goldfinger?
Then I could at least start downloading the films while I try and gain access to the site.

I absolutely agree - thank you to meedermow for his invaluable help with the Bond's.
HE IS TRULY TOP CLASS !!
Looking forward to seeing Thunderball when it is ready.
Talking of Bond, I know CASINO ROYALE, the sixties version, is slated by most people but I find it quite enjoyable.
The background story of how the film was made and all it's problems is far more interesting. I Would love to find undiscovered footage of all rejected scenes and see what was filmed but not used.
An attempt to restore it, including documentaries, interviews, out takes, etc would be brilliant.
I finally managed to get the first of three torrents downloaded and burned: Goldfinger. It looks great, extras on the menu are slick. I'm wondering though - how exactly do I get the commentary to play..? I don't see an option for it...
Thanks again for doing this, can't wait to get the others! (Dr No and From Russia With Love are two of my all time favourite films, let alone Bond flms).

Thanks for your kind words about the project. To change the audio selection, please use your DVD players remote. We should have made a menu option for the audio, but this was only the second time we had ever made menus. Dr. No & Goldfinger each have a 3rd audio program (Music and Sound Effects Only), and FRWL has 2. I'm working hard to get "Thunderball" out in the next few weeks.
But I'd like to see MP3s (LAME rip, preferably) of these commentary tracks. Are there still plans afoot to make something like that available? I haven't read through every page of this thread, but I know there was some discussion of this earlier. Cheers.
I recently purchased all four of the James Bond Ultimate Collection DVD sets and am currently trying to download these three discs for the Criterion commentaries. I held out from downloading the torrents in the event that someone may either upload the commentaries separately or upload these to usenet, but unfortunately, this has not happened. While I'm trying to download them at the moment, I haven't made much progress. Downloading 12 GBs is certainly a daunting task.
So can anyone please help me out and maybe rip the commentaries and upload them separately? It'd be greatly appreciated. Thanks anyway.
I’m desperately trying to get a hold of a copy of these, but I have capped internet access (3gigs a month) Is there anyone who could send me a copy? I can cover costs with Paypal.
Criterion Projects done: She's Gotta Have It, The Princess Bride, The Fisher King
In Progress Criterions: The Adventures of Baron Munchausen (99% done), Taxi Driver (90% done), Citizen Kane (50% done), Othello (99.99% done)
Possibly coming next: Ghostbusters, The Magnificent Ambersons (the theatrical cut, a reconstruction according to Prof. Carringer's script analysis, and the colorized version)
That FRWL cover looks great. Could you upload your Dr. No cover again (to savefile.com)? I could never save the rapidshare linked one, so I missed out on it. Thanks!
