One nitpick: Luke's got the wrong lightsaber on the Empire cover. Should be the blue "father's" model.
And I do think a 'behind-the-scenes' motif is most appropriate for this particular series.

If you can, though, I'd highly recommend learning how to use Photoshop -- it really is amazing.

I just downloaded DVD shrink 3.2, going to be testing some DVDR's to see how good the quality is. Hope it works out. Thanks for the advice!

Yeah, it seems complicated at first but you can soon get your head around it. I sat down a few years ago and just persisted. If you can get those result with paint, you will be awesome in Photoshop!
Please note: There is no longer a "rare footage sequence" in the extras. So please remove it from your cover designs.
I would be grateful if you could email any complete cover/disc art to jambe.davdar at google's email service.
My QC man got back to me yesterday (very quick!) and I have made all the corrections. I am now exporting the timeline and will soon be transcoding it to Mpeg-2 and burning. I have four dual layer discs left which are all spoken for. If you want a copy you will have to send me a DL DVD. If you email me at the above address or PM me with your email address I will reply with my postal details.

The difference with 'RTJ' is that it is 2hrs 27mins long plus extras. I am doing the final encoding as we speak. Tomorrow, I will tell you whether a single layer version is viable.

I burned the first 'final' copy last night after making the corrections required (thanks to my QC guy).
