I'm afraid there is still a sync issue with both lines, not easy to fix for the second line as Goldsmith's music starts up at this point. Actually I'm not quite convinced she says "Jack I'm sorry" looking at her lips. You may be right and they cut her speaking, and moved the audio.
I have an idea for making the scene flow a bit better, I could move a fairly redundant extra shot of gathering clouds and move it between those shots, and see how that works. Then have the audio match up better for the line, going into the gathering clouds footage.
Either way I want to keep the extra footage
