Variety is reporting that HBO is producing a series based on the books, with 1 season of episodes = 1 book.

I've wanted to read that series for a number of years now. Never have gotten around to it. (Though it figures HBO would pick it up for the sex scenes.

Highly addictive reading. Very realistic, dark, and exciting. Recommended big time.
