It wasn't blatant bashing, it was his opinion. If he registered at your site and posted it, I would tell you to crucify him. But the fact is that he posted it here. And my point was some critics criticism is pretty harsh and could be taken as "blatant bashing" by some people. There is nothing to man up to. As much as you want me to admit HotRod was wrong, I never will. Because he had every right to say exactly what he wanted. Yes, you have failed to get through to me, and to others here as well, because there is nothing to get through.
We all have a right to our own opinions. Man up.
Anyway, Alekseyev. I see you have made a few post in other thread. If you intend to stick around, then welcome to the forum. There is no reason you and I can't get along. You will never convince me that HotRod was in any way wrong with what he said. You shouldn't feel you have to convince me of this. What you guys did was pretty immature. But, on the bright side, perhaps we got a serious new member who will be an asset to the forum in the future. I hope so anyway.

Indeed, you make good points, and I do agree with some of it. On the rest...we will have to agree to disagree, eh? I believe criticism is fine if you're criticizing the piece of work itself, but not the people who indulge in it. I don't think that's right. But if this is the closest thing to a ceasefire (forgive my dramatic choice of words; I'm a writer) we will get, then I am happy it is so.
However, while you are welcome to think the "invasion" of your forums was immature (and it was, in a way) I do remind you that some people, like myself, simply came over to talk peace and give honest, genuine thoughts on the matter that were in no way inflammatory or insulting.
I do hope you diffrentiate between these people and the rest. I, too, see no reason we cannot get along, but only if you are rational enough to diffrentiate, as I said, and not see things in black and white.
EDIT: I see. You edit your post, and claim not to try and undo everything you just said, but you do just that. Very smooth. From accusations of some sort of strange "devotion" to TB (I said I like his radio broadcasting...uh?) to you telling me that a voice of reason is not needed. (a voice of reason is *always* needed, my friend) I am afraid I am out of options. Your edit was unnecessary, and I am sorry that rather than leave it where it was, you had to continue.
