It is his opinion. What the hell is wrong with that. He didn't go tauting you on your site, he gave a personal opinion to his friends on his community. Again, you made a radio station, you put your self out there. Look at all the effort it takes to make a movie, or to write a book. Now go over to amazon and read the user reviews of any book, movie, game or whatever. Notice there are positive and negative reviews. Those people put a lot of hard work in making that book, movie or game. And some people didn't like it. How dare they. Those reviews are peoples opinions. Those people have the right to their opinions. You do see responses from the authors or directors coming in and attacking the reviewer.
Also, if you can't see the difference between running a radio station and raising a kid, this proves how immature you really are. You know nothing about HotRod, and you really have no reason to come and piss on his personal life. That is really low. You can have an opinion on a work of art or entertainment, but you really have no right to piss on somebodies personal life when you know nothing of them.
Somebody mentioned that this is great publicity for your site, well I would say it is just labeling you guys as a bunch of dicks. I think any outsider would immediately see this.
I have never played any warcraft game in my life, probably it is the greatest even placed on this planet. I don't care. I also don't care if retired people play games, I have nothing wrong with this. I don't think any of us do. But you know what? If I were to go around saying "Warcraft sucks!" do you know what Blizzard (or whoever publishes it) is going to do to me? Nothing. Because they have a more realistic outlook on life. When HotRod put the words "saddest thing ever" on the title of this thread, I did not feel it was really the saddest thing ever, and I am sure HotRod didn't either, he was merely using overstatment. However, now I am seeing that you guys are pretty sad little people. People who see no difference between rasing a kid and running a radio station. How long do you think your station will be around for? Another two years maybe? Doubt it will last anywhere near ten. Because people just are not interested in playing the same game for that long. In the end what do you have? Some fond memories? Great. But you cannot compare that to a familiy by any means. It is very low coming here and railing personal attacks against the guy for stating his opinion among friends. I know I made a big personal attack against TB a post ago. This was just in response to his personal attacks on HotRod. I know nothing about the guy, he could be married for all I know. Somehow I doubt it, but he could be. Hopefully TB is big enough to just shake it off and move on. I just hope that in the future he learns to be a lot less sensitive about other peoples opinions of his work, and to be slower to launch extreme personal attacks against his critics. Judging on all of the post you guys have made, you are all really young. So hopefully you all learn something from this experience. I don't know how many more of you are going to sign up here, but honestly with every knew member that comes, you guys look all the more rediculous. Do you just want to give up your little jihad? It isn't too late to quit with your dignity intact (well, I guess it is too late, but it can only get worse from here).
