I would buy the OOT if it was a new transfer from film stock, in good detail quality, with good colours, in anamorphic widescreen PAL or 1080p/24 with Swedish subtitles and the 35 mm stereo soundtrack.

I would probably also buy a de-SE'd version like ocpmovie's Classic Edition if it was at least just as good. Heck, I would buy it if LFL released the Classic Edition as their own, as long as ocpmovie got paid for it.
