Doing away with the SUVs is one thing, in thirty years you might be able to phase all of those out if the car companies can be convinced to stop making them; but Americans sure love their livestock.

What if we were to accumulate the majority of earth's water, load it up into a massive spaceship and take it to the sun and spray it with it. Would that douse the sun just enough to cool it down for a few years? That might be the answer to our problem. I am going to go an call NASA real quick and give them my suggestion.
