I just saw it today, and I loved every last minute of it. It was a perfect end to a great series, and sparked a huge range of emotions from comedy to sadness, and pretty much everything inbetween. Most of all, it was a movie with heart, and lots of it, not made for money, but for giving people a good time at the movies and to give a classic series a fitting end, and it shows on screen. Lots of movies today are good, but most of them are made soley for money, and it shows. This has been a pretty good movie year, but for me, no movie this year reached the level of quality of Rocky Balboa. Most movies this year just didn't have the heart Rocky had. I'm really glad I caught this in theaters. My only real complaint about the film is the commentators in the end. They were kind of annoying, and could have been ommitted. Of course, fake commentating in movies only works when its parody, like in the film Dodgeball. When films try to do real commentary, it never works. Other than that, an excellent film.
