The ending with animatrix stuff worked, but was unnecessary. The way i have it ending now had the same effect but was shorter. When I went back through the film to get the run time down, that was something i decided was unnecessary and removed.

Gotcha.
A few of the edits I thought were real quick (in that it went from point A to point B real quick), off-putting. The first one was with Persephone and her helping them out with the Keymaker. Her stuff was so cut down that she no longer had any motivation to help them. The too-quick edit came at the one when the Keymaker was blowing off the key he just fashioned and then you cut right to the foyer scene. I can't remember what was there that you cut and I'm sure that it was necessary for what you were doing, but it felt real, real quick.
The other off-putting edits were peppered around the transition between Reloaded and Revolutions. Not so much the stuff on the ship (I really like how you cut out Bane and Neo being unconscious, very nice), but cutting to Neo with the Oracle. I don't think this was as off-putting at the Keymaker one, but it felt weird.
That was the big stuff. There some technical snafus, like you said about the audio getting a little out of sync for brief scenes, but I know the pratfalls of Womble firsthand. I watched it with headphones on, so I probably heard the audio cuts more than you would if you were watching it on a TV. The biggest thing that bothered me about it was inherent to the source material, and that was that there didn't actually feel like there was any emotion between Neo and Trinity. Nothing you could do about that, though.
Other than that, though, really stellar. Opening with the shortened Osiris thing was really kickass and cutting out the stupider subplots worked really nicely. The deletion of the whole Merovingian and that digital family was not missed in the slightest, and the ending was way cool.
