I just bottled the IDAEUS WEISS and it tasted yummy so far (chilled some to taste

)

NOW FERMENTING: DORCHADAS STOUT (est 5.5% ABV)
CURRENTLY AGING: INFERNAL DARKISH ALE (6.9% ABV) & IDAEUS WEISS (6.3% ABV)
IN THE FRIDGE: ABDUCTEE PALE ALE (4.8% ABV) - last 4 bottles
PAST BREWS: ISOLATION AMBER (6.2% ABV) - 2 bombers to age
BREWING THIS WEEKEND: Not sure yet...
