Been scouring this forum, and found it quite amazing that no one has mentioned a Legend Director’s cut. I’ve done some homework on this project, but lack the Hardware/Software/Skills to attempt it myself. If anyone’s interested in tackling this project, I would be more than happy to help out with the research I’ve done. Basically what I have in mind is:

The current Director’s cut

all the unique footage from the American version, including but not limited to the:
‘Pygmy’ sequence,
‘Restoring the Alicorn’ sequence
‘Black apple at the dining table’ sequence
a short 5 second shot from the European version where Oona is watching Princess Lilly during the ‘Demon Dress’ sequence
replace the Director’s cut intro with the video footage of the alternate ‘4 goblins’ intro
add the ‘Jack Dance’ in story board mode with some of the raw footage of Gump playing his fiddle from the Making of Featurette.

The American version sequences have the Tangerine Dream score, so this would have to be replaced with music cues from the Jerry Goldsmith Soundtrack.

I have all the timeslots of where the extra footage is to be found as where in the Director’s cut they should be inserted.
