i have increased the brightness & gamma but not an overall setting. I had to do it shot for shot with the colour correction because when i tried applying an overall correction some scenes showed too many artifacts. The brightness/contrast/gamma is all over the place with the DVDs. For instance, if you look at the scene where R2 is sucked into the sandcrawler, the levels in the dark areas change and using the same brightness settings throughout only enhances this problem, so i had to actually drop the black levels for a few of the shots to bring them in line with the rest. You could apply a global setting but you would have to check through it and fix the problem shots after, and believe me there are quite a few.lol
