Do you have Nero 7? NeroVision will convert the VOB files to NTSC. You'll lose most of the actual DVD features, but you can at least take the film itself and reauthor a basic disc using NeroVision. You can get creative and reauthor most of the extras back in.

Was Thief ever in PAL? Most of the copies are NTSC.
