It was reconstructed using high-quality sources for the actual music videos. The surrounding portions (which constitute the rarely-seen "movie") are of what I would call "VCR tape quality." It is definitely watchable. The torture scenes, however, are purposefully filmed on crappy, grainy, shaky film (I think), so it naturally is harder to watch, but even if given the best source available (the original) it would still be difficult to see because of how rough the filming was.
