I threw the PT in the garbage since standards for film won't allow me to own them anymore. All my hopes that somehow all this torture for hours with jar jar and shoddy acting and writing would be worth it were destroyed after seeing Sith (particularly Yoda talking to chewie). I'll consider buying future versions if GL uses CGI to make them actually good stories, but I doubt it.
I own the vhs special edition trilogy of the OT, but it's all broken and worn out now.
Other than that, nothing except what I've downloaded.
I've got:
OCP's classic edition version 1 of ANH OCP's classic edition of ESB Darth Editous special edition of ANH (Just brilliant. I loved coming here and reading what editious was doing. And love that a fan can do better than highly paid Lucas employees. It proves that we care more than some billionare.)
I won't support Lucas with my wallet any more until he provides some quality that matches my standard for star wars films.

Well, technically this one asks which versions of the SW saga do people own, whereas that one asks about only OT versions. So I suppose for some reason he's interested in what versions of the PT people have.

Aw I see....well I don't own any of the PT movies because they suck....I'd have to kick my own ass if I paid money for one of those....
-'95 ANH fullscreen vhs. Christmas gift that year. -'97 widescreen vhs boxset. Christmas gift that year. -'04 widescreen dvd boxset. Mom got it a few weeks after it was released, it's still back at home. -'86 ROTJ fullscreen vhs. Found it by pure chance at my video store's used vhs sale in May of '05, still in its original box after all these years and it also plays just fine! -'95 TESB and ROTJ, both fullscreen. Found these only a week or so later at a record and tape traders. Perfect luck since I already had the '95 vhs of ANH. Perfect luck....or so I thought. ROTJ works fine but I got totally gyped on TESB. Either edge of the tape is wrinkled so there's constant static like every other second practically. And the worst part is that I saw the complete '95 boxset (probably also fullscreen) at that same record and tape traders but passed on it since I already had ANH, plus I might not have had enough cash on me for it. In any event, curses on whoever sold that TESB tape to them in the first place. I was soooooo clooooooooose. -cowclops v2 transfer of the OT, not 4 months before LFL's out of the blue announcement.

Ah, I didn't realize the difference either.
Well, heheh, much as I hate them, I purchased Episode 1 on VHS, and then on DVD - figuring to collect the whole trilogy just to have 'em. I bought Clones on DVD because I had a genuine fondness for that movie (since evaporated). Sith ended all thought of collecting the prequels, or ever watching them again. God, do I HATE that film!
Needless to say, my prequel collection will remain permanently incomplete.
O-OT ------ Star Wars ,The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi : 3 pan&scan vhs-tapes taped from dutch television around 1989.
The "Jedi" vhs got mangled by my vcr last saturday (nov. 11th) prompting me to buy the 2006 Limited Edition. ( I had to cut the tape in two to get the video-cassette out of my vcr.)
Star Wars ,The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi : 3 non-anamorphic laserdisc-master sourced dvd's released as bonus discs to the sept. 12 2006 individual release of the OT-trilogy.
SE - OT --------- 1997 widescreen 3-vhs box-set
2004 SE - OT ----------------- 2005 anamorphic widescreen 3-dvd set (the box with the classic Hildebrandt poster art) I now also keep my GOUT-discs in this set - in paper sleeves - alongside their 2004 counterparts.
I just hate the sleeve art of the 2006 limited edition - very ugly in my opinion. The day after I had bought the limited edition discs I felt bad I had "fallen" for Lucasfilm's marketingploy "forcing" me to buy the 2004 SE's twice. (dirty feeling). This got better as soon as I discovered that a co-worker was willing to buy my new copies of the SE's from me. This co-worker has last seen a Star Wars movie in the eighties. (never seen the SE's.) She will be in for a surprise. (understatement of the month)

That pretty much sums it up. Disney's "Fantasia" I keep in the DVD box because it features my second favorite movie ending next to the Original RotJ. Those are OCP's Classic editions in there. the gold spined RotJ is the offical 2006 release with the OOt "Bonus Disc". to the right, of course, is the offical first releases of all the films.
I also have the 1995 THX widescreen and '97 pan and scan VHS in storage.
I was one of my first projects. It is mostly slides shows of McQuarrie paintings, cut scenes stills etc. Has the biggs scenes and most of the original trailers.
Thanks. I accually thinned out my collection not too long ago. I had the Definitive & Faces LaserDiscs (which I sold on eBay along with my LD player) I had the OCP Classic Editions, but I gave 'em away cause I didn't really like them. I also had some bootlegged VHS, but no real point keeping them anymore.

Yeah right now I just have the VHS of the OT, the PT dvds and the RIW unaltered set. I'm debating between finally buying one of the SE sets (any difference in the 4-disc gold/silver set and the 3-disc one with the old ANH art?), and replace the cases with 2-disc cases- one for the SE and the other for RIW. Or just buy the new dvds that came out in Sept (I think we have all 3 used at my store), and replace something from there. I had really liked to get a 3-disc box and print up one the covers I found for it. Oh the choices, lol.
So far, only the O-OT VHS set, '97 SE set and I sold off my 2004 DVD set to buy the 2006 ones. ( I know the 2006 one is badly done, I just wanted the originals somehow in a legal format.)
