and to answer the chain break possibility: I now keep safety files on my system for each part. If one file goes down, it will be replaced asap.
So far about 700 files have been downloaded.

So how about putting some of these on MegaUpload? They're not as fast as RapidShare but they don't make you wait 3 hours before you can download the next part.

I have a premium membership at rapidshare, which costs me, but the files stay there for as long as I am a member. if oyu want megaupload Spock, just go ahead, sign a membership there and upload fanedits. No one will stop you (no pun intended).

Has anyone else been getting slow rapidshare speeds? Mine were fast at first, now they go at like 5 kb/s and never finish completely. It's weird because I'm on a school connection and everything else is very fast. I've tried both networks, etc, so I don't know what it could be. Any thoughts?

sometimes it is good to NOT USE rapidget.
Besides that I cannot tell, haven't had a problem so far, except for a few rare files, that were slow for whatever reason, but most are like 1200kb/sec. and faster.

Really? I usually just get 20kb/s.

has anyone had a problem grabbing father merrin's ep1 and ep2 edits? i have a premium account and RS will not recognize it on these edits. everything else works fine.

They are on RS.COM not RS.DE
You need to be a premium member of COM do download multiple files from COM.

run the bat files to extract the vobs then burn the DVD files as video dvd inside the video_ts folder.

when i try to run the bat it just pops open and closed for a split second and does nothing.
