What.Cobbler: I'll assume that Adobe Premiere can't use avisynth files (which would make your live really easy).
Your only other answer would be to rip the DVD to your drive, use VirtualDubMod to load it up and re-encode the whole thing to a lossless avi format like HuffYUV.
