Ash595: You don't happen to have a "JAWS" font do you? No matter where I look I can't seem to find one and yet I know one exists because I've seen it used on other custom Jaws releases.

Sorry Klokwerk, I don't have the font.

here are some tentative covers for Vol. 1 & 2.

All I need is the exact content of the first volume.

The first volume will have the E! special plus the deleted scenes for Jaws The Revenge.
The 2nd volume will have the From Page To Screen special plus the trailers for Jaws from the original DVD, laserdisc and another from VHS that I had.
The 3rd volume will be the In The Teeth Of Jaws plus the Martha's Vineyard special. I won't be putting this up as a DigitalfreakNYC production because the sources are not mine.
The 4th volume will be the Jaws 3 and The Revenge specials if I can get copies of them.

Thanks all!

The first disc is finished. The 2nd disc should be done within the next week. I was waiting on a trailer that I didn't have so hopefully that will be done soon. It will have all of the trailers from the original DVD that were missing from the 30th anniversary, plus the other laserdisc-only trailers...and a rare re-release trailer not included on either.

finally. This could be my first DFNYC DVD. I am looking forward to it. Cool job!

Nothing about fanediting is easy.

While it was a surprise to see the Dracula cover after the last few posts being about Jaws, it was a pleasant surprise.

I still have yet to track down any of your discs (well I have the "Making of" discs for Supes 1-3).

I'm still looking for the E.T. reunion special that was broadcast on NBC on March 16, 2002 if anyone has a copy of it.

I have a VHS recording of the NBC reunion special. Unfortunately, I missed the first few seconds. I transfered it to DVD with a DVD recorder. But the quality isn't really crystal clear considering the source and a bit jittery at times.

At the moment, I have nothing. It may be better than nothing. Can we set something up? I'd like to put it on as a bonus to the original laserdisc documentary.

I have three 2 E.T. specials from betacamSP masters I think. Not sure if any of these is the one you're looking for...

E.T. THE EXTRA-TERRESTRIAL: THE 20TH ANNIVERSARY

- THE EVOLUTION AND CREATION OF E.T.(50:16)
- E.T. COMES HOME (50:18)

Wait...you have two or three? I only see two.

I think both of these are on the regular DVD release, no?

if not, I'd be all over them.

Edit: It looks like the Evolution documentary is on there but E.T. Comes Home is not! I'd love that!
Any chance you could get it onto DVD? If not, I might be able to find a way.

Sounds good. So, can you refresh us on what's actually on this disc? Can I finally get rid of my "Jaws In-Depth" disc?

No. The first one will be the E! True Hollywood Story.

Nah, I never got anyone with a better source for that in-depth disc. I may torrent that so that the person who's selling them for $30 each will hopefully not be able to do that any more.

Oh well. Still awesome. I've been wanting to see the E!THS special.

Oh, and just in case you didn't know; there are actually 3 "In-Depth" discs:
Volume 1: "In the Teeth of Jaws" & "Page to Screen: Jaws"
Volume 2: The laserdisc documentary (which has since appeared on the R1 30th anni DVD. I HATE the fact that the R4 is cut as per the UK R2)
Volume 3: "New England: Our Way" & The E!THS Special

But yes, torrenting the material that he has that you can't find in better quality is a great idea. I was lucky enough to trade with him for Volume 1 and the two Alien Archives discs. He was charging exhorbitant prices and I refused to pay for this stuff. He has a few other things that would be great to get somehow and then share freely. He unfortunately makes quite a bit of money on eBay selling all that stuff.

I made him put the "In The Teeth of Jaws" and Martha's Vineyard piece on one disc. That's what I'll be torrenting.

I recorded the From Page to Screen documentary myself so I'll be using my version. That will be disc 2 along with the trailers that weren't included in the 30th anniversary DVD edition but were on the original DVD, laserdisc and another one from VHS.

Hey there,

I have most of the discs that this seller/trader has - I slapped proper menus on all of them so as to try and get a few more out of him. Off the top of my head I have the 3x Jaws discs and the 2xET Discs. 12x Star Wars Archives and also the Lucasfilm Legacy, 2xRaiders and 2XAlien discs - pretty sure I've got a few of the others ones too.

I'm sure there must be a better E! capture out there. I don't know if your discs are the same, but it breaks up quite badly in places. I think even someone on here has an Ebay bought "original" that was an Awards/Screener version - or something, will go back and see.

Other than that - can't wait to see this and the Dracula discs

DFNYC: Sounds good. I'll be happy to have the trailers back on that 2nd disc.

Meedermow: Welcome back! Long time, no see. I was wondering if you could email me a trade list of all the fan DVDs you have? I've finally built up a small collection and I have some blank DVD-Rs at the moment. I'd like to do some trading.

Meeder....that's what I have/had. The screener. Mine is taken from that.

What is on the ET and Indy discs that you got from him? I might be interested in those...PM me.
