OK, I'm thinking waaay far ahead to ROTJ...any lines exchanged between Han forgiving Lando...or Lando asking forgiveness or something like that? Because you *could* have a little exchange with them over the intercom (while Luke is listening in his xwing)...wild thought...any comments?
Well for starters although Billy Dee Williams did play Lando in the ESB Radio Drama, he didn't in the RotJ one. And Han Solo is played by Perry King, not Harrison Ford, in the Radio Drama trilogy. So this kind of cut-and-paste is out of the question. But just FYI, the RD does have a scene between Han and Lando just after the escape from Tatooine which addresses this. It's a good scene and one of the many reasons I think the RotJ RD is better than the actual film (story wise, at least).
The best bet for a "reconcilation" scene between the two in the actual film would be the deleted sandstorm sequence. If Lucas decides to finally make it available as part of the 2007 release (as OT deleted scenes have been rumored/promised on that release), then we might have something to work with.
