BTW I called my ISP and they confirmed they don't resell from offshore. I was given two conflicting stories - I think netspeed handles the customer accounts but are supposed to use a different IP. Well I don't remember saying it like that - besides which I already explained that I know the X0 is doing it both ways, I just fail to understand how people can think it should be the "touched up" version with no untouched version.They must resell or something...
