You're wrong. The aspect ratio is not related to the number of pixels in the horizontal and vertical direction, it has to do with how the movie was encoded. Take a look at Amazon's page for this DVD:

, it clearly states that the movie's aspect ratio is 2.35:1. Also, anamorphic widescreen encoding refers to [URL=]encoding the movie as 16:9 instead of 4:3 (fullscreen) as you can see here:
