Is anyone planning on preserving the misprinted X-Men: The Last Stand Wal*Mart bonus disc? Some bonus discs accidentally featured a 68 minute documentary about the X-Men comics rather than the advertised docs. Supposedly, the comic documentary was prepared for the X-Men 2.5 release that never came to fruition.

Could this documentary legally be preserved since it’s not officially released by the studio?

I don’t want the official Wal*Mart bonus disc and since the disc mix-up is a random occurrence, just like the deleted scenes debacle, I couldn’t exactly return the DVD in question if I received what was actually advertised.
