My priority would be filling out the rougth spots with deleted footage while removing some of the lamer stuff. I'll have to watch it again, but I'd very much like to remove Cyclops' death. It was a terrible waste of a character. Offscreen, meaningless, and only Logan cares? WTF were they thinking? I'd also have Rogue not get the cure. I'd make a few snips here and there if I could (like Magneto's, "What have I done?" total cliche and out of character).
