Um Guys, Cartoon Network, ILM, Lucasfilm Animation, Lucasfilm Ltd, and Tim Box will produced a 180-episode docudrama series called Dinosaur Kingdom: An Epic New View of A Lost World. It will be produced by Cartoon Network Studios, Industrial Light & Magic, Lucasfilm Animation, Lucasfilm Ltd, and Tim Box Television. it will combine naturalistically realistic CGI with real life minatures, real-life backgrounds, and Digital CG Environments. The 24-hour documentary series will be shot in a aspect ratio of 2.40:1. The Post-Production Sound Services, and Sound Editorial and Soundscapes will be provided by Skywalker Sound and Park Road Post. and the music, which will be done by 32 Film and TV Composers, will combine orchestra, choral, some pieces of electronic music and African-influenced music, choral, rhythm and chants. The 180 Episodes of Dinosaur Kingdom will also be directed by 36 film and TV directors and written by 43 film and TV writers. M Dot Strange will act as among the executive producers.

After a 6-month run on TV from December 1, 2017 to May 29, 2018, There will also be 7 DVD Special Edition Box sets of the Complete Series called Dinosaur Kingdom: The Extended Experience with 2.40:1 anamorphic widescreen Digital transfers and Dolby EX 5.1 and DTS ES 6.1 audio for each episode and tons of hours of contents. Dinosaur Kingdom: Book One will be a 8-disc set and will feature the 28 episodes. Dinosaur Kingdom: Book Two will be a 7-disc set and will feature 22 more episodes. Dinosaur Kingdom: Book Three will be a 8-disc set and will feature 26 more episodes. Dinosaur Kingdom: Book Four will be a 7-disc set and will feature 24 more episodes. Dinosaur Kingdom: Books Five and Six will be 8-disc sets and will feature 25 more episodes for each set. and Dinosaur Kingdom: Book Seven will be a 9-disc set and will feature the last 30 episodes. there will also be a 56-disc Ultimate Collector's Edition Box that will be encased in a keepsake tin and will include a bonus disc of extras, a overview booklet, and a 1,976-page illustrated companion book of the series. Dinosaur Kingdom: The Series will be released on DVD, Blu-Ray Disc and HD-DVD by Tim Box Home Entertainment. The retail price for each set is $24.98.
