CoverXP won't resize the spine. This is something you will have to do manually in Photoshop or MacPaint or your favorite graphics program. Just make a template for the new spine size based on a scan of a Thinpak cover and modify the existing spine accordingly.

Where can I get a template for a thinpak cover? I've had no luck so far
Would you mind talking me me through this, as I'm not too clued up on Photoshop.
