CoverXP won't resize the spine. This is something you will have to do manually in Photoshop or MacPaint or your favorite graphics program. Just make a template for the new spine size based on a scan of a Thinpak cover and modify the existing spine accordingly.

Still, might be cheaper to buy a new shelf than to reprint all them covers.
