It was something that I noticed the first time I saw it. Then of course there is the whole Hayden issue...
I've been playing around with a similar shot, myself for ages, recentering it, so the 4 Jedi are in the center of the frame, rather than having Qui-Gon off to the left. I was considering doing multiple angles on Jedi, so that you could see the original ghosts or one that adds Qui-Gon into the fray in the last shot.
I've also tossed around the idea of having a young Yoda, Obi-Wan, and Anakin in the final shot with Qui-Gon as a third option, but that kinda seems like more of a pain than it is worth.

People need to stop this desperate attempt to tie the trilogies together. These desperate attempts exist because the PT were so poorly made that the two trilogies don't link up on their own merits; fiddling just makes things worse. Accept that the PT is lousy and move on.

Calm down. The guy who made this video has every right to add Qui-Gon if he wants to. If you don't like the idea then state your oppinion in a kind manner. And if you can't add something intelligent to the conversation don't say anything at all.

I agree don't give Lucas ideas of he will ahve the whole Jedi council there
I do also agree that Qui-gon does look nice as a force ghost, and I really wish he was in ROTS.

Qui-Gon as a force ghost in ROTS would of been much better, and actually fit with the story. But according to rumor, Lucas and Liam Neeson had a falling out, and Neeson refused to come back, or he wanted too much money or something, and so thats why they were stuck with the audip clip from TPM.
