I've got a VHS of the 1982 ITV broadcast of ANH with the fox fanfare intact , i'm not sure if it has the full end titles. I also seem to remember it having an announcer saying "the british network premier of Star Wars" at the beginning (although that just could be a false memory).

If this will be of any use to anybody, I'll dig it out and see if i can get it on to dvd-r.
