I'm glad you found a way to enjoy them. I found three significant reasons I cannot particularly enjoy them:

1) Greedo Shoots
2) "Alert my Star Destroyer to alert the Death Star to alert the Emperor to alert Admiral Piett..."
3) Mannequin Skywalker standing together with a Yoda puppet and Alec Guiness

No matter how much I play with the color, those scenes are still there.

4) Boba fett's new voice
5) "Jedi Rocks"
6) Jabba looks terrible in ANH

...anymore anyone...?
