You have to keep in mind the "Is the Classic Trilogy Dragging Down the Overall Quality of the Saga" thread is meant as a parody of the complaints leveled at the prequels.

I admitted as much on the bottom of the first page, but some people got really upset so they locked it.

I still say that thread was ahead of it's time.

I still don't see what's so unacceptable about me preffering the SE versions, or still thinking that George Lucas is a genius.
