That makes more sense - the framerate is now reported as 29.97fps, which is a valid NTSC video stream.

So what's the audio, AC3? I think you should be able to use BeSweet with the -soundtouch parameters to lower the pitch by one semitone, whilst keeping the same length (and thus keeping sync with the video).
