Ya, I know what you're saying. I watched some LooneyToons Marvin the Martian movie in 3D on an IMAX screen at the amusement park this weekend. The glasses were thin plastic, low quality stuff. And the screen was basically a double-image thing that the glasses corrected as if you were looking at a MagicEye picture crosseyed. The actual "plastic lenses" that you look thru didn't seem that remarkable at all, they just looked like clear plastic lenses. I'm sure it has something to do with vertical vs. horizontal filament and the way that an image is interpreted when seeing both at the same time.

In the end, yeah, you get a headache and you feel like you've been crosseyed the entire time. Might as well bang your forehead into a wall for 2 hours, it'd give the same "special effects."

I'm really hoping that this 3D thing won't be anything like what I just experienced on Saturday. I really, really, really hope.
