It made sense to me. He was not saying that NTSC had beteer resolution. He was saying it looked worse, because of the lower resolution you can see blank lines between the real lines.

No offence, but did YOU actually READ AND UNDERSTAND what boris has written here over the past few months? His numerous false claims, and always repeating them over and over, despite being corrected many times by people who actually WORK IN THE INDUSTRY
Please, don´t go the dark path of the force with him, and try to defend him here, just because you happen to feel sorry for him, and feel angry about our "anti-Lucas" frustrations we are supposed to have.
