I agree, Zion. The shots posted by R2D2 are sharper than those posted by boris, and they do seem to contain more detail than my laserdisc transfer.

GOUT shots are now up, except for Nos. 3 and 5. (R2D2, could you possibly provide these please? Also, I think I need the preceding frame for shot 6 - compare the pattern of film dirt with the TR47 version.)

The GOUT version is clearly more detailed than any other version*. It's also evident that the picture contains more grain/noise.

* Edit: But a few scenes do look better on the PAL laserdisc transfers. See shots 22 and 24 on Zion's site.
