But...

Look at the panel behind Han. (PAL THX laserdisc bottom pic)

But other than the higher vertical resolution of PAL the PAL LD transfer should not stand a chance against a NTSC D1 mastertape transfer, even if the NTSC was scaled to 'PAL'. But that is only in theory, I guess
