If its true about the PAL GOUT being a resized NTSC, then that is absolutely scandalous! I would love to see some side by side GOUT comparisons of PAL vs NTSC to see if the head stretching which would occur in the PAL version is apparent. I downloaded the images that R2D2 uploaded here and compared them to the images in Moth3rs comparison page, and they look stretched to me!
