More than 2 Death Stars is just too much, not to mention whatever plot threads we'd have to conjure up and tie together to make it work. As it stands, the current plan is to move the Death Star II opening to ESB, and alter the crawl accordingly.

And Darth Richard, I have talked to Adywan about the possibility of giving us a hand in the special effects department. He's very busy with his Episode IV edit at the moment, but is willing to see what he can help out with once that's completed. He has his own project he's working on though, and I certainly wouldn't want to take him away from it. I'm very excited about his versions as they look to be the most professional and extensive edits yet.
