I don't guess it's that uncommon. My dad was born when his mother was in her forties.

It's astounding, time is fleeting
Madness takes its toll
But listen closely, not for very much longer

I remember doing the Time Warp
Drinking those moments when
The blackness would hit me
And the void would be calling...

Um, this is totally random, sean.

There is no lingerie in space…

C3PX said: Gaffer is like that hot girl in high school that you think you have a chance with even though she is way out of your league because she is sweet and not a stuck up bitch who pretends you don’t exist… then one day you spot her making out with some skinny twerp, only on second glance you realize it is the goth girl who always sits in the back of class; at that moment it dawns on you why she is never seen hanging off the arm of any of the jocks… and you realize, damn, she really is unobtainable after all. Not that that is going to stop you from dreaming… Only in this case, Gaffer is actually a guy.

It's just a jump to the left
And then a step to the right
With your hands on your hips
You bring your knees in tight
But it's the pelvic thrust that really drives you insane,
Let's do the Time Warp again!

Yup I know I'm hijacking the thread/

Four Thousand Posts, Bitches!!

P.S. I wouldn't say Van Halen jumped the shark with 1984. I mean, it was damn close, but the songs 'Jump' and 'Hot for Teacher' saved them from completing the leap, IMO.

War does not make one great.

It's a reference to the show Rozen Maiden one of the dolls Suiseiseki makes an impression with her high-pitched voice and habit of ending every sentence with "desu."

Oh, and desu does have an English equivalent: it is.

Right, I guess (according to my reasearch) desu can mean 'it is' when used in that way, but its meaning fluctuates with the setence.

Which is why I seriously don't want to try and learn the language.
