The person who did this (under 5 hours) has a website called "The Hylia." He used a gold cart so the music heard in the Fire Temple is the original, with the chanting.

I have seen several speed runs recently on youtube, including Super metroid, super mario brothers(in six minutes), and sonic 1and 2

That Doom II run-through is pretty cool.
