A good free program I can use that converts .MOV files into .MPG or .AVI files?

Now that depends what ye mean by "free," me hearty!

The program ye be seeking is WinAVI Video Convertor 7.6, which readily be accepting all major video formats. 'Tis easy to use, even fer scurvy dogs like me.

'Tis best acquired at the bottom of the ocean, near where the Demon(oid) lives. She took me a grand total of 5 minutes to gets.

Now, if ye be having troubles with it, let me know and I can be hooking ye up with said treasure.

I was hoping I wouldn't have to go that route, but I found I had no other alternative.

I also tried WinAVI (an earlier version...6.5 maybe?) But I kept getting error messages.

So now I'm gonna try IMTOO MOV converter and see how that works. If it don't, then I'll give WinAVI another shot.

LOL.....are we going to have "Talk like a Pirate Day" like TF.n? (I always loved reading the posts from crybabies who hated that day, and avoided TF.n for 24 hours because of it.

Or the people who bitched about St. Patrick's Day as well.

Dar, I knows not of Pirate Day - those lecherous dogs at TFN are a sad lot, who I steer me ship clear of.

TMPGenc it is freeware.

Nothing about fanediting is easy.
