It would be great to see the rebels do some sort of mini-hyperspace jump before the explosion. And I'd love to see maybe see a tie fighter or two following get caught in the explosion.

I was just watching a Star Tours (the Star Wars Disneyland ride) video and the X-Wings actually do jump to hyperspace as soon as they pull up from the Death Star trench so there is at least an official video precedent for that happening!

I want to go on Star Tours again, pity it is on the wrong side of the world...
