You my friend, have way, way too much time on your hands - But I agree. The whole 'edit copy paste' they done with the prequels did really bug me.

This didn't happen in the OT. With the Hoth battle or the Endor battle, it was just one huge, great cue, and the whole thing was kept in contrast.

I always thought that Empire especially felt it was like one big long score. It just seemed to flow perfectly!
