Torrents are slow things. If you're used to Usenet, you'll probably never see that kind of speed in a torrent.

I'm sending 5 kBs, and I can't push any more until I finish Alien Redux. It's been saying a little over 2 hours for about 2 hours.

I have to keep seeding it until I'm 1:1, but I have to give it a lot to get fast, right now.
